Last Updated: January 29, 2026

A1 AI Agents Inc. (“A1 AI Agents,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Agent Teammate AI platform and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and the choices you may have regarding that information.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Scope and Roles (Customers vs. End Users)

1.1 Business Service / Real Estate Use

Agent Teammate is primarily designed for businesses and real estate professionals (e.g., agents, teams, brokerages) and their authorized users (collectively, “Customers”).

1.2 When We Act as a Service Provider (Processor)

In many cases, we process personal information on behalf of our Customers, as instructed by them (for example, information about leads, contacts, clients, and communications that a real estate professional manages in the Service). In those situations:

  • the Customer is responsible for determining how and why personal information is processed (the “controller”), and
  • we act as a service provider/processor.

If you are a lead, client, or end user interacting with a Customer using Agent Teammate and you have questions about how your information is used, you should contact that real estate professional or brokerage first.

1.3 When We Act as the Controller

We act as the controller for personal information we process for our own business purposes—such as account administration, billing, security, product improvement, and marketing to prospective Customers.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information: name, email, phone number, business details, login credentials, and user settings.
  • Communications: messages and correspondence with us (support requests, feedback, surveys), and information you choose to provide on social media or in community forums (if any).
  • Customer content: information uploaded or entered into the Service such as notes, tasks, CRM records, contact details, messages, call summaries, property-related notes, and other content.
  • Billing information: billing contact details and transaction metadata. Payment card information is typically collected and processed by our payment processors (we do not intentionally store full payment card numbers unless explicitly stated in a written agreement).

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

We and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language settings, approximate location (e.g., city/region inferred from IP), and network information.
  • Usage and activity data: pages/screens viewed, time spent, navigation paths, feature usage, access times, and interaction patterns (including email engagement such as opens/clicks where permitted by law).

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (which may include local storage and pixels/web beacons) to:

  • keep you signed in and enable core functionality,
  • remember preferences,
  • measure performance and usage,
  • help with security and fraud prevention,
  • support marketing and advertising (where applicable).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if you block certain cookies.

2.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • service providers (e.g., analytics, identity/authentication, anti-fraud, payment processing),
  • integration partners (where you connect third-party tools),
  • public sources or referral partners (e.g., if you sign up via a partner).

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

3.1 Provide and Operate the Service

  • create and administer accounts,
  • provide features and functionality,
  • process transactions and manage billing,
  • provide support and respond to requests.

3.2 Improve and Develop the Service

  • monitor performance and troubleshoot issues,
  • conduct analytics and research,
  • develop new features and improve user experience.

3.3 Security, Compliance, and Safety

  • protect the Service and users from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access,
  • enforce our terms and policies,
  • comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.

3.4 Marketing and Communications

  • send service-related messages (account notices, updates, security alerts),
  • send marketing communications (where permitted and based on your preferences/consent, as required).

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. For other marketing channels (e.g., SMS), follow the instructions provided at the time of signup or message us using the contact information below.

3.5 Creating Aggregated or De-Identified Data

We may create aggregated or de-identified data (where it is no longer reasonably identifiable to you) for analytics, product improvement, and business purposes.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

With vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, security monitoring, payment processing, and database management). They are permitted to use personal information only to perform services for us.

4.2 Integrations You Enable

If you connect third-party services (e.g., email, calendar, CRM tools, messaging, analytics), we may share information with those providers as necessary to enable the integration. Your use of third-party services is governed by their privacy practices.

4.3 Advertising and Marketing Partners (If Applicable)

If we run marketing campaigns, we may share limited information with marketing partners to measure campaign performance and (where applicable) deliver ads that may be more relevant. Where required by law, we will obtain consent and provide opt-out mechanisms.

SMS/Mobile Data: We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4.4 Professional Advisors

With professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, insurers, and bankers where necessary for our business.

4.5 Legal, Safety, and Compliance

We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to:

  • comply with law or legal process,
  • protect rights, safety, and property of us, our users, or others,
  • investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4.6 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. AI Models and Data Processing

5.1 Use of AI Providers

Agent Teammate may use AI models provided by third parties (for example, model providers that process text and other inputs to generate outputs).

5.2 Customer Content Submitted to AI Features

If you use AI-enabled features, your inputs (such as text, images, or other content you submit) may be processed to generate outputs. We encourage you not to submit sensitive personal information or highly confidential content unless necessary.

5.3 Provider Policies and Retention

Third-party AI providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Where available, we configure and use provider settings designed to minimize retention and protect confidentiality, consistent with our agreements and the provider’s offerings.

5.4 Model Training

We do not use Customer Content to train our own general-purpose AI models unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing (for example, in a separate enterprise agreement or feature-specific notice). If we ever introduce optional programs that use content for improvement/training, we will provide clear notice and choice where required.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service,
  • comply with legal obligations,
  • resolve disputes,
  • enforce agreements,
  • maintain security and prevent fraud.

In determining retention periods, we may consider factors such as the nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm, the purposes of processing, and legal requirements.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

8.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and certain limitations.

8.2 Portability and Other Rights (Where Applicable)

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights such as:

  • receiving a copy of certain personal information in a portable format,
  • objecting to or restricting certain processing,
  • withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.

8.3 How to Exercise Rights

To submit a request, contact us using the details in the “Contact Information” section. We may need to verify your identity before completing requests.

If we process your information as a service provider on behalf of a real estate professional/brokerage, we may direct you to the relevant Customer to make the request.

9. International and Cross-Border Transfers

We are based in Canada, and our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions. When we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable privacy laws.

10. Data Breach Notification

If a breach of security safeguards involving personal information creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when it was most recently revised. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means.
